Stacey Bauer - Guiding Efforts in Sustainability, Energy Conservation
Stacey Bauer is a Dallas, Texas, professional who directs sustainability and energy conservation with the Parkland Health & Hospital Systems. She works to ensure that new and impactful practices are implemented in ways that save costs and meet strict environmental mandates. Tasked with developing and evaluating annual budgets, Stacey Bauer coordinates with organizational stakeholders, business leaders, facilities departments, and end users.
Ms. Bauer’s past position with PepsiCo/Frito-Lay in Plano focused on designing and implementing best global procurement and sustainability practices. She helped improve and expand regenerative agriculture efforts and managed a $150 million annual budget. She regularly mentored and coached personnel in ways that elevated performance and enabled personal growth. Ms. Bauer also oversaw resource allocation and ensured that expenditures were closely monitored.
Stacey Bauer has a strong interest in the various forms of renewable energy, such as solar, wind, and nuclear, and how these can be harnessed in ways that preserve the planet. She has presented to the International Lion’s Club on topics such as climate and health equity.
