Stacey Bauer is a Dallas, Texas, professional who directs sustainability and energy conservation with the Parkland Health & Hospital Systems. She works to ensure that new and impactful practices are implemented in ways that save costs and meet strict environmental mandates. Ms. Bauer’s past position with PepsiCo/Frito-Lay in Plano focused on designing and implementing best global procurement and sustainability practices. She regularly mentored and coached personnel in ways that elevated performance and enabled personal growth. Ms. Bauer also oversaw resource allocation and ensured that expenditures were closely monitored.
